«Covid-19 Power Games» is the first Thriller by Nuno Campos Inácio.

Started on the first day of the first general confinement in March 2020, the work was completed in November of the same year. The thriller, which does not pretend to be more than a work of fiction, is based on true facts, many of which serve as the basis for numerous conspiracy theories (all conspiracy theories start from a real fact), which are integrated and crafted into a fantastic and engaging creation, which features 12 main characters, whose common bond is that they are under the orders of secret and invisible organizations, which dominate governments and intend to impose a new world order, through subtle power games, of betrayal and pleasure.

With 460 pages and 54 chapters, the story unfolds in 50 locations in 25 countries, with 3 chapters with Portuguese settings (Lisbon, Sintra and Sagres).

The first four chapters outline the world scenario in 2019 regarding environmental issues, international macroeconomics, tourism globalization and technological development.

What do these questions have to do with the emergence and transmission of the new Coronavirus?
